Mock Trials

Mock Trials offer parties the opportunity to examine the strengths and weakness of their case before the dispute goes to court. During a Mock Trial, evidence is presented in an abbreviated fashion, counsel undergoes a questioning period, and neutral facilitators meet to discuss settlement.

We provide expert facilitators from our extensive panel of ADR System Neutrals, who are retired judges from the Law Division and Chancery Court, prominent attorneys and other respected professionals.  ADR System Neutrals can render an advisory settlement, assess how key witnesses may affect the issues, and offer insights as to how jurors might perceive witnesses and counsel.
