Hon. Cyril J. Watson, (Ret.) has more than 19 years of distinguished service with the Circuit Court of Cook County. Prior to his retirement in August 2004, Judge Watson served nine years as the Supervising Judge of the Mechanic’s Lien Section of the Chancery Division. He has heard and settled numerous complex commercial cases involving large construction companies with multiple subcontractors, banks and owners.
