Hugo Chaviano, Esq. has extensive cross-cultural mediation and arbitration skills. He is well known for his ability to negotiate successful settlements in complex disputes and emotionally charged litigation. Mr. Chaviano has many years of experience mediating commercial, employment and personal injury cases at the state and federal level. He has extensive experience mediating cases throughout Latin America. With regard to the latter, Mr. Chaviano has mediated and negotiated the settlement of cases in countries such as Mexico, Panama, Colombia, Argentina, Peru, Brazil, Chile and the Dominican Republic. He has also received numerous awards and has been rated AV Preeminent for 25 years by Lexis Nexis and Martindale Hubbell. Mr. Chaviano is bilingual and bicultural, fluent in both English and Spanish.
