Using case scenarios, the speakers will discuss the ethical dilemmas attendant to negotiating personal injury/malpractice settlements. They will answer questions such as, "Does agreeing to mediate imply a good faith obligation to negotiate?" and "How many mediations does it typically take to resolve a high value case?"
