Demand for Arbitration

ADR Systems of America provides the following documents to assist you in initiating an arbitration. Once all documents are received, an ADR Systems representative will contact all parties to commence the arbitration.

Please follow the directions for one of the options below and submit all materials to the appropriate division. Click here for contact information.

Option 1: Arbitration Based on Pre-Dispute Provision

Please submit the following to ADR Systems of America, LLC:

1. Copy of ADR Systems’ Demand for Arbitration form
2. Copy of the entire contract containing the arbitration clause
3. If the Parties agree to use a set of arbitration rules other than the rules identified in the pre-dispute arbitration clause please include a completed copy of our stipulation form.
4. Non-refundable $300.00 Arbitration Administration Fee per party.
5. Each party may submit its own Arbitration Admin Fee. To expedite the process, one party may elect to submit both Administrative Fees.

Option 2: Arbitration Based on Post-Dispute Arbitration Agreement or Court Order Compelling Arbitration

Please submit the following to ADR Systems of America, LLC:

1. Copy of Arbitration Agreement or Court Order Compelling Arbitration
2. Non-refundable $300.00 Arbitration Administration Fee per party Each party may submit its own Arbitration Admin Fee. To expedite the process, one party may elect to submit both Administrative Fees.
