ADR News: ADR Systems Welcomes Hon. Henry R. Simmons, Jr. (Ret.)

ADR Systems of America is pleased to announce Retired Cook County Judge Henry R. Simmons has joined ADR Systems as a Senior Mediator.

Judge Simmons’s services include Mediation, Special Master, Neutral Fact Finder and Mock Trial Judge. He has extensive experience in the resolution of a wide range of disputes, including personal injury, premises liability, professional malpractice, employment discrimination, real estate and construction.

Judge Simmons joins ADR Systems after serving in the Law Division and the Criminal Division of the Circuit Court of Cook County for a total of 19 years. During his judicial career, he presided over numerous complex trials and achieved over $61 Million in settlements.
