ADR News: New Online Guide to Court ADR

Interested in learning more about court-ordered mediation? Want to know about court ADR in Illinois or California, or any other state?

Resolution Systems Institute (RSI) offers a free online guide to court ADR programs for state and federal courts throughout the country.

In an interview with the Chicago Daily Law Bulletin, Susan M. Yates, the institute’s executive director, said the guide is useful for firms that have national practices.

“You can look at a given state and get an in-depth picture of that state,” she said. “Or, you can look at states for a particular approach or type of case and be able to compare it state-to-state.”
